Hi.
Sorry if this has been asked before.
I would like to upload some of my soundscapes on youtube but I don't know which is the easiest way to take an mp3 file and make it youtube compatible by adding a picture or something else.
I had a look on movie maker under windows xp and 7. The one on windows 7 seams a bit better on accessibility but I still don't understand how they work.
The soundscape I want to upload is about 2 hours long.
Are we allowed to upload such long videos or do we have to do something to get more time?
There is this website called https://www.tunestotube.com/ which you can upload your audio and a picture and the website takes care off but I think it can upload videos up to 30 minutes if I remember right.
So if I was going to use this site I would have to break my soundscape in smaller parts and perhaps make a playlist to play all of them.
I am using nvda by the way.
Thanks

A normal youtube acount lets you upload vidios up to 15 minutes in length. You can get longer upload time by verifying your acount. It doesn't cost a thing, the link is here:

Thanks for linking me up to Tunestotube, I've been wanting a site just like that for ages! I hope it all works out for you.

Hi.
Thanks a lot for the link to verify my account.
Now I can upload longer videos.
Now I need to find out how to convert this mp3 soundscape in to a video.

if you have an iOS device, you can do it with iMovie.

I am on android, but my wife has got an ipad.
Is it accessible with voice over? How can be done?

so all you really have to do is put the file in drop box, tap share, open in, then choose iMovie. the app will open, ask you to choose a project or create a new one, then you just go to the media picker and choose the picture you want to overlay and adjust it to the length of the clip.

Thanks a lot. Sounds easy enough.
I will give it a try.
